Wednesday: Arrival between 2 – 4 pm.
Settle into the tranquil atmosphere of the Gaige House and your well-appointed room or suite.  We will begin with an orientation and introductory session. Following, you’ll enjoy an evening welcome reception featuring a fresh regional menu based on exquisite, local artisan ingredients.


Thursday – Saturday
Our daily schedule will generally follow this format. Sunday we will complete by 1.00 pm.
 
7 – 7.45 am    
Gentle morning yoga. Begin your day breathing in fresh country air* and awakening your body.

8 – 8.45 am                
Healthful Wine Country breakfast.

9 – 12 
Teachings, discussions, practices.

12 – 1.15 pm  
Vinyasa flow yoga.  An energizing 75-minute practice under the canopy of mature oak trees alongside lovely Calabazas Creek.*     
1:15 – 3:30 pm                  
Artisan lunch, en-suite spa treatments**, open time to relax and reflect.
3:30 – 6:30 pm           
Teachings, dialogue, practices.
7 – 8 pm                       
Thoughtfully prepared dinner.
Evening                      
May include a film, meditation practice, personal time, en-suite spa treatment**, spontaneous yoga or poolside stargazing.
10 pm             
Lights out.
